Morrowland: From Hell to Heaven REMADE

Why not put your time into some of the other worthy projects (even your own).

By the same token, why not put their time in this one?

Ahem. On a slightly more constructive note...if you folks need any help with proofreading and rewriting dialogue, let me know. I'd be happy to lend a hand.

And just out of curiosity, are you planning to keep the remade mod the same size? 3K exterior cells is quite a lot. (That's more cells than Vvardenfell itself has, I think!)

He was running on 2-3 hours of sleep, in constant pain from wisdom teeth, hated his job, and was breathing gas fumes from a leaking furnace. I think that behavioral and modding oddities can and should be forgiven. Beyond that, he made something of this size with all this going on. Quality aside, the scope alone is impressive.

Trust me, these are no reasons to be connected to the mod.

Aside from that, this should stop. You have another thread about this mod where you can discuss it, and this is the thread about the remade where we discuss our edited version, not the original. If we have chosen to work on this, this is our decision so also avoid advising us not to work on this.
We do not wish this thread to be locked, so I am sure you will all be understandable enough to stop arguing about either, the mod, or some review, or who's good or bad.

Thank you :)

What we will be changing
-Dialogue. There are many, many spelling and grammatical errors that need to be addressed.
-Some books/notes that don't make sense/lack a "writer's touch". One example of this was a book I read where the author was writing that he was dieing and so he wrote his screams and moans onto the paper.
-Real world religions. Some may like the idea but I believe that overwhelmingly they just offend people and make a mod hands-off.
-Plot change*
-Region Naming-Instead of the regions being "Jungle", "Morrowland", "Swamp", they will be named like individual places, such as "Haska Coast Region".
-Landscapes-We hope to add much, much more detail and give the landscape a more realistic feel that isn't so copy and paste

So, this is like making a new mod from the scratch. If you remove the real religion things, and the plot, what remains? the landscape?

I am going to ignore that your implying its a waste of time and just answer you,

- The real relgions are being name to diffrent relgions. So the factions ect... will still be there just called something else. This is to prevent the slating of the mod due to its relgious content and will also allow it not to be flagged "red" in the modding community - making the mod more accessible for all.

- The plot is being slightly changed to suit the renaming of the relgions and changing the real relgious aspects. This is again to prevent conflict with people and also to fix any plot bugs. There is no "new 100% complete plot line"

Seeing this is in an early stage and that you are creating models for it, I have an idea:

Should you take on and move it faaaaaaar to east to ensure it don{t clashes with TR, and as you have a Huge landmass unconected to the mainland or to Vvanderfell have you considered to put this more into lore and making use of some resourses at hand to resemble the land of Akavir? It{s an Idea don{t want to upset anyone with the rescent tension on this tread just see what you feel about this posibility.

Looking good so far!

We've talked about making it one of the areas that Uriel Septim conquered and used to attack Akavir, I doubt we'll go as far as to make it Akavir itself though.

Aah! I Like what you and Midget are doing. It's something I've wanted to do for a while. That is update old mods. (I did my small attempt with Veldion, never got very far tho). Lovely progress so far!

Best of luck!

Wow! This project look very interesting! I really love the vegetation used in the screenshots and the landscaping, giving a nice atmosphere to this region, very different than Vvardenfell. c:
I wish you good luck for this project! Any news about the development?

I can only agree, after seeing the youtube video I can't wait for it's completion. Awesome job! Don't get involved in quarrels with other members, ignoring them is the solution.

Zackg and Midgetalien good luck to you!
