ATI mobility raedon,

That could be your problem. The game wasn't really designed for integrated graphics chips, only dedicated video cards are supported. Your card might be OK, but unless you're a bit more specific as to what kind of Radeon it is there's no way of knowing.

Well he has an i3 so im going to guess its a decent card BUT i can tell for sure its not a gaming laptop because of the 1gb of ram included so please include possibly a dxdiag or something along those lines. Im guessing you can go to Start>Run then type dxdiag. Click on the Display tab and it should tell you which video card you have in there. Let us know so we can provide further help.

Card name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 .
Chip type: ATI display adapter (0x68E0)
DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz)
Display Memory: 2382 MB
Dedicated Memory: 1015 MB
Shared Memory: 1366 MB
Current Mode: 1366 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz)

Is that enough info? i think its probably the game files than my computer because i have Oblivion and that works fine.
