I got Fallout 3 GOTY edition loaded start it and i get to the start new game menu click it and then it crashes
i spoke with a tech and he dismissed it as my foolish intel 4500mhd card yet i can play new vegas with the same set up
this is the first game i have had problems ive played starcraft new vegas oblivion
duo core 2.00 4 gs ram 500gb hd i just dont understand if i can play new vegas why i can't get 3 to run?

Try updating your Games for Windows Live software, the one on the disc is outdated. I had problems with my GOTY copy until I did that then it worked fine. You can find it over at Microsoft's site.
