Hello, I'm just wondering if there is any way to remove ALL the quests, quest objects and ALL the dialouges?
When You press "Delete" and have them marked nothing happends.

Thanks.

Well, actually, something DOES happen. If you edit something "original" somehow, a star symbol "*" appears to the end of the thing you edited. If you highlight something, in this case a dialogue for an example, and press DEL, there should appear "*D" in the box showing the count of an item, or "DELETED" -phrase in the beginning of a dialogue. That means you have deleted it. They won't disappear, but if they have the *D (or the DELETED in the beginning), they are inactive and will not work.

I've found that once I close down the CS and reload it, the deleted objects are gone. Might depend on what you're deleting, but that's my exp.

Hmm, okay, I will try.
Is it possible to create a new master file? If so, how?
And, is there a good guide for creating NIF files. (Not just textures but new 3d objects) I've searched around and read a little but can't seem to find one..

You can make new master files (.ESMs) using an utility called TES4Gecko, by converting an existing .esp to an .esm.
For the tutorials, see http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Custom_Sword_in_Blender and http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Importing_Animations_from_Blender. You will also need http://www.oblivionmodwiki.com/index.php/Blender_NIF_Scripts to be able to export .nif -files from Blender.
