Is there to keep track of a character's stats?

Like the topic says, is there a mod or maybe stand-alone app?

I'm looking for something that tells me how many attribute points (STR, INT, ...) my character has accumulated since last leveling up so that I can decide if I want him to focus on any particular attribute before leveling up.
