Guard uniforms and shields

I've collected all the shields with my current character - they look good on display. Haven't bothered with the cuirasses though, because I would never wear them.

No cuirasses for Lothran either, but shields are good items to collect :)

Buffy only owns two guard items:

A Leyawiin shield. Count Caro gave a pair of them to Buffy and her friend Mazoga when they became knights.

A Kvatch shield. Savlian Matius gave it to her when she first met him. Buffy thinks it's because he likes her. :twirl:

I got some...business to attend to....in the IC South West guard tower, but it's packed with guards who'll arrest me if I hang around too long. When do they sleep??

He-Walks-Alone is busy slaughtering every non-Argonian in the game, so he's got every guard cuirass and shield now. ;) In fact, he's got enough of them to build a fort...if they were stable.

[Edit in reply to Phoss]
They go in shifts, so I suggest finding out when the shifts change, then waiting a few seconds and the guards coming off-duty should be asleep. I know some of the IC guards change at 3:00 or 4:00 AM.

Bummer. Patience is not one of my virtues.

My kind of approach. Why resort to bloodshed when you can take what you want without anyone even noticing :)

Because bloodshed makes life in Cyrodiil worth living? :whistling:

Heh, I like to get what I want without anyone noticing anything. That includes nothing shoved down on the floor and no bodies to raise the alarm :)

Maybe its because I've never been a good theif, and when you kill someone, you then 'own' their possesions that they keep on their body.

I have only done it once. My third character Valfreya took several fulls suit of Legion armor off dead legionaries after the battle of Kvatch. She wore those for the rest of the game.

A Leyawiin shield. Count Caro gave a pair of them to Buffy and her friend Mazoga when they became knights.

A Kvatch shield. Savlian Matius gave it to her when she first met him. Buffy thinks it's because he likes her. :twirl:

Maybe that means Count Caro likes Buffy and Mazoga... :hubbahubba:

Not a problem for a thief. Just take them to a fence and "wash" them to get rid of that red hand :)
