I've not finished the main quest from Fallout 3 but I got my lvl 20 and I cant level up anymore. I *do* have the GOTY and, of course, Broken Steel installed. What is the problem?AFAIK I was suppose to keep lvling till lvl30, right? Man, I have been playing for days... I am so upset. Any help is appreciated.

You could try re-installing the DLC, and if that doesn't work you might have to start a new game.

OMG no! I am not even seeing the lvl21+ perks here in the list and the DLC is installed. Is this normal? Or should I finish the main quest first?

are you playing on the PC? i heard that the DLCs have to be activated on that system.

try conecting to the internet if you havent,some dlc`s wont play if not connected t the internet

I am always playing online. Problem is: windows live are not aviable in my country, Brasil. So how should I activate it? I have just serial here, but says its for windows live.

I just reinstalled the game and nothing. I dont even SEE the lvl 21+ perks there when I get my lvl20 and only now I understand thats a problem. Until nowI though they would be unlocked when I reached lvl20. =(

You didn't miss too much. Maybe some scary monsters and the Tri-beam laser rifle the super mutant overlords drop. they start appearing around level 13 but are rather rare at that point. they don't become rather common till about level 20 so you are good. You didn't miss anything all that important. Did you have the other DLC's activated? If not they would be good to have available earlier on. They provide some cool equipment and useful perks that come in handy well before level 20.
