then theres a section for ghouls in gaming

they dont list anything fallout at all but they mention ghouls being in Morrowind o.0

Edit: On second though the Ghouls in Fallout don't really fin into that profile over Ghouls since they are spawned via radiation and are essentially living batteries

Fallout is mentioned near the bottom:

In the video game series Fallout, ghouls are survivors of severe overdoses of radiation, whether from the initial holocaust in the Great War or later exposure. Their skin is often rotting and/or heavily burned, and those who retain their personalities are usually victims of prejudice from non-ghoul humans. That is indeed an Epic Fail, EpicFail.

Except maybe that the typical ghoul in Fallout doesn't act like a typical ghoul. Feral Ghouls kind of do though, I think.
