This is something I've always wondered about. I agree with previous posters. He probably uses some sort of horn.

How does the Arena announcer (the voice you hear in the Arena) amplify his voice? I haven't seen any info about the 'technology' in Tamriel to do this; does he use magic?


Dagon did it. Failing that, Wizards did it.
