So i've been through all the stickies and all the wikis and all the lists and I still can't figure out which is the best levelling mod, I just want the ability to get max attributes/skills/everything after a while without missing out on anything. I'm not looking for an overkill mod or anything, but yeah..

It sounds like you're asking for a character leveling mod. I would recommend either http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14065 for this or http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13879 in conjunction with http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=13841 and http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19245 to go beyond the vanilla 100 point cap.

These can all be used with Progress.

I use http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16441 with nGCD, Progress, Elys' Uncapper, and Legendary Abilities (MOJ shield version). Grand Master of Alchemy requires the data files from this mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3844. (Install it and remove the plugin.)
