Notes about Pluggy

I am posting this because I think there are some things that should be in some form of documentation on Pluggy. To me it seems the documentation is rather thin. So far I have only been able to find documentation from the files that came with the installation and the articles at http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Main_Page.

I would like others to post tips and hints and links to tutorials related to Pluggy that others may not find so easily. Issues people have with Pluggy maybe good to post here as well.

Don't get me wrong here I am not complaining about Pluggy itself. So far my experience with Pluggy has not been all that bad and I guess I got the gumption to post this when I couldn't find the info I was looking for and had to do some testing to (hopefully) find the answer.

So it seems there is no function for checking to see if a file exists. And the documentation doesn't mention what would result if you tried to read from an ini file that doesn't exist.

I didn't get a crash from trying to read from an ini file that I new was not there, the script finished and worked again and again and the default value was used to fill the target variable.

Edit: Ok, so testing proves that TxtFileExists works for finding ini files, but it would be nice to have this mentioned explicitly in documentation. The function name suggests that it is meant only to work for .txt files.
