Does anyone recognize the following screenshot? Which replacer it is? (I like the ground texture)

I bookmarked this screen, not the mod download page, and now I am trying to retrieve this replacer (I am pretty sure it is in the list, but cannot find it anymore!)

Solution:
1. Right click on the picture and select properties.
2. Look for something that looks like an internet address. This is the direct URL too the picture.
3. Mark this URL -> right click on the marked area and click copy.
3. Now you have this URL too work with:
http://pnmedia.gamespy.com/planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/fms/images/mods/5307/1175272513_fullres.jpg
The underlined white number is the mod ID.
4. now you just have too find a random mod page on PES like this http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7691:
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7691 and replace the id=#### found in step 3.

For starters, all of the connary links should be broken. Would be best to change them to link to the thread where someone is hosting all his stuff in BSA format. I forget what the thread is called though...

This thread is getting a little out dated. I think someone has a newer thread and I think the Original Poster Stebin, doesn't keep it updated anymore.
Vibrant Morrowind 4.0 was released a while ago.
