ok so i was playing NV and i looked at how long i had i played it 143 hours and i was like dammmm and then this idea just kinda came to me for a like documentary style short film that resembles district 9, in which people stop going to work because there playing fallout and [censored] hits the fan so then government decides to ban fallout and the people rebel, LOL i know but what do you think cause for the next couple months i can have access to a really nice HD camera

What they said. I know like 3 people who know what Fallout is. All my other friends and their friends have no idea of its existence. Therefore, this idea wouldn't work, seeing as majority of people in America don't know what Fallout is.
