Cowardly Creatures - Related to Body Part Data

Ok in a nutshell I'm making a creature which uses the molerat skeleton, said creature however does not match the molerat sounds. So I changed the .kf files as needed to have to proper sounds and saved them along with a copy of the molerat skeleton and my creature into a new folder under meshes\creatures. However using the meshes in these files causes the creatures to always try to put as much distance between themselves and the player. I think this may having something to with the fact that my new creature's skeleton does not match the path of the skeleton for the molerat bodypartdata.

So... I created a copy of the molerat bodypartdata and set it to the correct skeleton. However.... I can't select the new copy of the molerat ragdoll that I also made.

If anyone can give a hand with this it'd be really awesome I'm a little in over my head.
