Size: 4 weeks old, permanently genetically altered that way.
Uniform: Orange jumpsuit with boots, flourescent green jet pilot's helmet with tinted visor.
Intelligence: genius level human.
Dexterity: can manilpulate human tools with paws, in a highly skilled manner.
Speech: babbling like a human baby's.
Obedience Level: utmost loyalty.
Weapons can use:
They can pilot .'Robby the Robot'. style mechsuits; they use them as tanks in battle and you need
a missile launcher to stiop them with one hit.
Abilities: mech pilot, mechanic, weapons-smith and computer tech.
Psychological profile: They love to be played nicely with by humans,domestic animals, and ghouls;
they will ruthless destroy evil humans(like slavers)and evil beasts(like rad scorpions).
Weakness: Can only use mounted weaponry, A Combat-a-Pet that loses its mechsuit often compensates by built a push cart, mounting a plasma/laser pistol on it; and uses it as a miniature rapid fire gun.

In 2011, the Combat-a-Pet project was fully perfected; using genetically engineered puppies and kittens; said animals size was permently left at 4 weeks old. They was done to insure that they would use minimal supplies in a survival situation.

Tiger's Tank.
Power source: Atomic.
Means of propulsion: Treads.
Weaponry: 1 Plasma pistol, mounted in a 360-degree turret.
Ammunition source: MF cells.
Tank is protected protected from radiation, gas, germs, and inclement weather. Tank has complete living quarters
including cot, sink, toilet, shower, kitchen, laundry, medical and repair facilities. His tank is the size of a large suit case. Its communitions facilities include a ham radio and a Pip Boy 3000. GNN is Tiger's favorite radio station.
Weakness: Napalm and missiles.

History: After slavers blew up his mech suit; Tiger salvaged what he could from it and then set up his repair base in an abandoned National Guard Armory. He raided a nearby robotics factory. A month later, Tiger hit the road in his Tank. He adopted Bob M14rifle as his Dad and the two are inseperable.

Trade weapons and ammunition merchant. Can repair stuff, too.
Vehicle: Pedi-cab loaded with supplies.
Personal arms:
1 Shishkebob sword, always at his right siide.
1 Chinese assault rifle slung across his shoulder, 300 rounds of ammunition in magazines for it.
1 10mm pistol, left side, 200 rds. of ammunition in clips for it.
1 combat shotgun slung across his pedicab's handle bars, 100 rounds in clips for it.

Manitou: An evil spirit in indian (native american) culture.

The manitou are creatures which dwell in the irradiated wetlands that used to be lousiana, they are humans with horrible radiation burns and cancerous lumps that cover their bodies, they posses the ability of speech but their enlarged, sharp teeth, and overly long tongues make this difficult. Their large claws also make their canibalistic tendancies quite easy to accomodate.

They mostly dwell in the ruins of buildings and caves and fight for dominance with one another, losers are usualy eaten by the tribe. they are a horrific problem for local tribals and "civilised folk"
