We have set up a wiki focused on fan fiction, a sister project of The Vault Fallout wiki:

It's called Tranquility Lane and you can shape the simulation in any way you want.

Yes, you can.

And by using wiki links, people can tie their stories together, creating a whole Fallout expanded universe.
