I just realized that my problem is not that I want to restart, but rather that I cant find anything to do with my character anymore.

I am about level 35 and Im very strong. I have done nearly all quests of the game and nearly all guilds. What can motivate me to go on with this character? Do you have any ideas?

Install mods, or play through Shivering Isles again but choose the alternative path.

If those are not available to you, try to close every Oblivion gate, or do all the Daedric shrine quests to receive the special reward.

Starting a new character can be a lot of fun though. Just choose a completely different skill set.
