What I want to know is, realistically where could Fallout 4 be set? I know it can be debated, but looking at the Fallout universe what parts of the USA feature most within the story. I heard it could be the ruins of Chicago and Toronto. What genuine locations could we see in Fallout 4 or even a 5th title?

Also does everybody agree that the 1950's propoganda theme of Fallout would not work to well outside of the USA? I am from the UK and sure I think it could work in the UK as there was a lot of propoganda during the cold war etc but - the US must surely be the only location for any future fallout titles right? I certainly would not complain if this was true but I would also not complain if the game were to be set in the ruins of London or other European cities as the story seems to suggest that Europe was almost obliterated.

Realistically, the next location is almost definitely going to be one of the locations listen on http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/East_Coast The Commonwealth currently seems most likely because it was mentioned many many more times in the game and DLCs than all of those other locations were. Chicago might be possible but it's unlikely, especially considering Bethesda seems to want to stay on the East Coast. Other than all those locations though, any city could technically be possible, but more likely than not they'll be choosing a location they've already mentioned in Fallout 3 and it's DLCs.
