{IDEA} Caravan guard

Basic mod to have the player character and npc's go out on a caravan guarding job. More wealthy the trader. The better the guard can be hired also.

Road Wardens does this, if you're in the Regulator faction. It's a really neat mod, except you're pretty much payed by the "mile". Bringing companions doesn't mean more money, but it does mean the caravan might survive.

I really was thinking about the Postman movie. So it had me on the path of pony express and caravan guarding etc =)

A caravan guard quest is also included in the Return to Shady Sands mod. Doesn't pay that well, about 1K if you go the entire route, which is different that the other vanilla caravans. Main challenge is keeping the caravan leader alive. Harder when running MMM concurrently. Takes about 4 game days to complete.

caravan guarding is fantastic. Always brings a little more into the game. Like people are out there even when you don't bump into them. They don't want to be found after all as it is a dangerous place in the wasteland. =)

I love the mod so far, especially with MMM. It doesn't pay all too well though :P
