Every non-human race haven't got a body. I'm using some mods but id like to know what kind of mod could have caused this.

Borked mod install. Post your load list. Requesting this be moved to the mods forum.

It could just be a issue with clothing, though that'd be a lot of clothing, I'd say.
I'm guessing that it is just a borked mod install. Have you installed anything related to beast races? Recently, maybe? Any mods editing the beast skeleton? Betas of things like Playable Goblins? Summon Chtuulu within the last 48 hours?

Is the Argonian wearing anything in that screenshot? If it's only skin, then missing normal maps on a texture replacer could have done it. They won't show in a load list unless they have an esp (any many texture-only mods don't).

The argonian is wearing the normal clothes that Amusei should use i had a mod caled the Lich gear or something like that it wanted to replace the skeletons.nif file.

A missing normal map won't cause the whole mesh to disappear... it will just cause it to show up completely black.

Well, as true as that is, it`s not a texture problem, a invisible body mesh means missing mesh on the body. I remember countless people telling me that it was a texture issue. I fixed my game by redownloading a mod that edited the male mesh, installing it, and it was fixed. They kept telling me it was a texture issue.
Missing textures show up pink on everything, missing meshes show up as those missing mesh things on items, but as a missing spot on a character/creature. I can attest to this, I have done it a couple times when installing MMM, found a mostly invisible gore rat last time.
You either are missing a mesh(or many), or something is wrong with the mesh. It's not a texture or normal map in this case.

Thanks you all for your help. I decided to reinstall the game. Now there isn't any floating heads in it!
