you couldnt really call someone mr. lvl 2 or lvl 13 because there are a lot of character slots

Just like online games (runescape and gunz), people will go "Yeah well I have a (insert high rank here) level account that can kick your butt!"

Then there should be a rank for you and levels for characters, you keep your rank that is not connected to your characters, not sure what the purpose would really be, mabey new archtypes or somthing every few ranks?
