Hi I just bought the goty fallout 3 for pc and I am running on windows 7 and when I put the 1st disc in and hit play it stops working and than disc 2 wont even read please help thanks.

Post a dxdiag.

This would be why, the game will not run on any of the Intel video chipsets, they are too weak to run the game. You would need to buy a dedicated GPU.

And it cannot be just any dedicated GPU...it must be a low-profile one that will fit in that Aspire X3910, which is a slimline PC. Because of the low wattage power supply in this system, I wouldn't go more than a Radeon 5570:
