Will Fallout 3 run smoothly on my laptop? : Fallout 3

My laptop is a Packard Bell EASYNOTE. It has:
AMD Athlon II processor P340
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
320 GB HDD
4 GB DDR3 memory

Just reading what it says here. It will probably make more sense to you guys.

Yes it will run. Smoothly? Perhaps at lowest of settings. Don't expect much more than low settings with this laptop. The onboard Radeon HD 4250 chipset is pretty weak and the processor isn't the greatest either.
