I disagree there's a file http://img839.imageshack.us/i/ss20110115211505s.png/ so i think it's just a background. I really dont think Bethesda would allow unrealsed screenshots as a background for their employees. especially since they were recording a video. not saying it isn't, iam just being realistic.although it could be a a slight tease but i think its just speculation.
