Worries about character customization

This is much more recent video, and either the Sensei and the Chin etc. they show in this video are new archetypes, or they are in fact faces.

You mean at 0:40? Do we have any confirmation that this is in game footage?

You mean it could be some kind of animating program the devs use? There might be a slim chance for that, but because it has graphically very finished look and interface it would seem to be gameplay footage. There is also that small "switch to Resistance" button visible.
Also, even if it was animating footage, does any archetype resemble the Geezer? So whether its in-game footage or not, it still seems that there are face choices outside of archetypes.

Perhaps there is, and I'd be glad to see it when I purchase on release. However, this doesn't detract from my original point that the faces are non-customisable (beyond simple overlays).

Just because it's in a video, doesn't mean it'll be included in the final product. For over a year, the MAG community's been screaming at Zipper to add back in the balaclavas and facewraps that were in the beta, and even on the packaging and adverts. They were removed last-minute for memory.

You WILL be able to chose a face.

Archetypes can't be chosen. They just create clothing-sets which don't mean anything when it comes to customisation apart from fitting together rather well if you like them from scratch.

Art style does not make them unique, it merely distinguishes them from CoD. You still share the face of the next guy using your archetype. Clothing however is customisable.

Call of Duty faces and Battlefield faces look very similar. Call of Duty faces and BRINK faces look very different. Battlefield faces and BRINK faces look very different.

However, a hockey mask in BRINK looks still very much like a hockey mask in any other game.
