Tyr is an awesome heathen folk metal band out of Faroe Islands. Just about everyone of their songs is Norse or Viking related, hence the name. Plus they are just awesome!

Arkona is a Pagan/ Folk metal band from Russia. They are a little heavier than TYR but I think it suites Skyrim, and their videos do too. Besides Masha Arhipova can freaken' belt out those guttural screams better than most men and that is metal. \m/

And of course no list of Viking metal is complete without Amon Amarth! These guys completely wear chain mail on stage and everything . From Tumba, Sweden, their name is a nod to Mt. Doom from Lord of the Rings. You know these guys play TES and Dungeons and Dragons.

So that is my list. I would love to hear what everyone else has got on their Skyrim playlist. Mine is mostly metal because that is what I like, but I want to see what you guys like.
