[RELZ] Split Expansion

This small town expansion for the Shivering Isles town of Split adds:

- New tavern with rentable room ('honesty box' rental system)
- Function room
- Doubles of barmaid and NPCs, to reflect Mania/Dementia divide
- Two traders (Manic and Demented)
- Unique house for sale, reflecting both factions (it's inside the display case in either of the shops ? don't worry, you won't get locked out)
- Two smiths (Manic and Demented)
- Chapel

Thanks to Showler - I mailed him the file to check it was my install that was screwed and not the mod itself, and he said it loaded up fine, so it should be good to go. I don't think I'll be able to do any modding or playing of Oblivion for a while so I hope everything's fine - it seemed that way at last count. The mod has actually been out in beta form for a long time and I think any of the issues reported have been fixed. There's some minor weirdness where the tavern door doesn't lock/unlock per the script, but I don't think that's massively important considering the rental system is via an 'honesty box' anyway.

I've left all the new building doors unlocked because two of them need to be anyway in order to let you go home at night. Um ... that's it, really. Hope you like it.

If I ever get around to taking a character to Shivering Isles I will definitely check this out. Come to think of it this may be just the incentive I need to travel there at last. Thank you very much.

Nice! Already downloaded...

This was a while in the pipeline, seems ages ago when you floated the idea. Well done on the release :D

Heheh ... yeah, it was about a year from when I put it up beta until I remembered to finish it off. Meanwhile there was some sort of corruption in my working file so I had to revert to a previous version, and the WIP thread got pruned so I hope I caught any reported bugs - there weren't many, tbh.

The only thing is I do recall some fun-sounding cool ideas like tavern brawls - but actually I thought about it and tried a few things out and they didn't really work in the game so I had to cut them. I still think it's an OK mod for what it is - just a bit of scenery and a few services to give you somewhere to go when it's raining as-per-bloomin'-usual as you're passing through Split.
