If anyone would be so kind, it would help out a lot to post images of the house on the Nexus page. Dialup is hard enough to work with, but I'd rather chew my hand off than try to upload four or five pictures with it.

Readme:

The Bin Denby AshvenOn this day of the 3rd of April, 2010DESCRIPTION	Is your name Oscar? Are you grouchy? No? Well, it was worth a shot. Nevertheless, have you ever wanted to live in trash bins? Probably not.	But here's my wish fulfilled, at least! I have assembled a small house and "compound" (small enclosed area) to my own rather high standards. Which are actually rather low, when you think about it. A semi-realistic housing unit, built out of what I consider to be scrap-able objects and fit for usage as an abode.	THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY THIS IS NOT COMPANION FRIENDLY	The main reason is because it's really small. And I mean small. Did I mention small? It sleeps one person - one bed, and very little room to walk about in. Not joking, when I say one person. Just check it out for yourself, okay?	It's fully featured, as far as my needs go - it has a workbench, and storage out the ass. A stove container, a fridge container, a naval cot, a safe, and all other types of little knick-knack container type thigns. You shouldn't run out of places to put things, anyways.PLAYING THE MOD	Playing the mod should be a simple affair. You can either fast travel to it, or hoof it (depending on your fast travel nerfs or lack thereof). It's on the map, right away. I don't use fast travel, but some people do so I went ahead and put it in.	You'll have to put a bullet in the previous owner's head, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem. After that, the house is yours to take over and start filling with your stuff. Be sure to peek into all the nooks and crannies, you might just be surprised. I have left NOTHING overpowered or even slightly powered at all in there. It comes with no other weapons or armours other than what you pull off the corpse of the dead owner, and that's not much.	It's got a small amount of food and a couple bottles of Nuka Cola, aside from that. You're expected to fill in the gaps, people. It's supposed to be realistic, though I suppose my definitions might be different.INSTALLING THE MOD	Thankfully, it's simple this time around. Just drop the ESP into your Data Files folder, and check it in FOMM or your Fallout launcher. I reccommend FOMM (Fallout Mod Manager) most highly, as it's very simple to use and it allows you great freedom over your mod list. And other reccommendations are either GaryBash (or some other Wrye Bash port) and FO3Edit and it's multiple incarnations.CHANGELOGV 1 - The original housing unit...v 1.2 - Added working light system to the house and "compound". The previously useless generator behind the house is now the switch for that. Added a sink and toilet (sink on the inside, toilet on the out) and a "sewage system". Mostly aesthetic, except for the usual drinking and such. Cluttered the compound a bit more, and added what I consider to be more realistic junk and some interesting minor things. Ever seen a Jury Rigged Coffee Maker/Fuse Box?V 1.3 - By request, I added a way to open and close the curtain that leads to the bedroom. Interesting bit of arguement with NIFScope, adding collision to the curtain...luckily I know how to copy and paste branches.CREDITS	Off the top of my head I can only really say MortVent, for posting a thread about what we like in house mods. I downloaded the resulting mod he released, and just couldn't really feel at home in it. So the house you've just downloaded is really a product of his prodding, in a roundabout way.	'sides that, I always like to thank the people that have inspired me in all my endeavours:	Princess_Stomper	Fliggerty	Mezmorelda/Mezmorki And the forums that I like to frequent:	The Wormhole	The BGS forums	Princess_Stomper's forum	And the people that download my mods. You just don't feel the need to release stuff unless people want it. And it's a nice feeling when people download and use your mods.USAGE	Seeing as it's just a house, with no fancy scripts or anything, feel free to use it in whatever you want. It'd probably make a neat hideout for a character from a quest mod or something like that. (it would need Navmeshed, though)	Just drop me a line if you do it. You don't need my permission, I just want to know where it's being used, so I can get the mod it'll be used in. I like new mods, and I like to support people in their mods, especially if they want to use my work. And feel free to drop loads of money in an envelope and send it to me. Mhmm. Or just buy me a cup of coffee. That works too.

:edit: Just so people know, I'm still supporting this mod, and adding in any reasonable requests. Feel free to toss ideas around. I'm learning a couple neat tricks, with NIFScope and the GECK itself. Learning experience, rather interesting.

Yeah, you have to watch your head. Got to be careful, you know.

I'm glad somebody likes the house. A kind soul put some pictures up on the Nexus page, if anyone wants to peek before they download. I've also been thinking about the house a bit more, and I feel I could do more to it. I'm probably going to end up doing some minor fancy stuffs like a a generator that turns on some string lights on the outside walls, or something like that. I want the house to have function and make it feel like home.

And have some minor nifties.

:EDIT: If anybody is still following this mod, I appreciate it! And, good news. I've been tinkering with some more "salvageable" goodies. The mostly useless generator from before is no longer useless - it controls the brand new light system set up along and around the compound. I'm pretty sure it will be neat for Fellout nights. Aside from that, it would just be aesthetic. Also, I decided that I would just leave the interior lights alone. You turn them off and it's pitch black. I piddled with it, and got it working but it's more of a problem than a feature. I turned the light off, and ended up just exiting and removing the switches and stuff. Didn't work well.

I think that's worth a bottle of Vault, huh?

A small bump to say that I've updated the mod a bit. I'm leaving the old version up, because some people probably wont want all the fuss I added in, though some might.

I'd reccommend taking all your stuff out before you update, just in case. I don't think it would mess with anything, but...better safe than sorry. I don't want people nagging at me because they lost the Victory Rifle.
