All i can say is the Sentry is designed as a defencesive weapon nothing more. and the oporative is a hacker so i say you can either destroy it or hack it. sound fair!!!

I don't see how it's exclusively defencesive. Can you elaborate?

i heard somewhere think on wikia or something tht when operatives hack turret they go into 3rd person mode and they control the turrets lik a stationary weapon

When operative hacks a turret he can go into the turret's view (1st person view) and shoot with it like a stationary weapon, as you said.

And there is another (general) ability which allows you to go into third person while performing an action such as planting explosives or hacking.

Its a universal abillity. And its so you can see behind you while planting a bomb (or doing other actions) so you dont get you head bashed in

Afaik, you can move the camera freely around your character; it won't be looking into a set direction.
