I've installed it before and last time it replaced all the existing npc's heads with the new revamped ones

however this time upon installing it hasnt changed anyones head except my own.

new khajiit bodies - clean.esp
better clothes_v1.1_nac.esp

doesn't that mod only add new heads to use? for your character and no one else?

As far as I know, Westly's master head pack only adds heads for player characters, it doesn't replace any npcs.So it isn't a problem with your load order or anything, the mod is supposed to behave like that. Maybe you are confusing it with westly's new head replacers or other NPC replacer.
Hope that helped.

Here's the links for Westly's head replacers , both for player and NPC.s..

The imperial pack shouldn't be far down the road. :)

ahh then maybe thats it, hmm,...

ive tried so many different head replacers in the past i must be confusing them, i just dont remember it being loads of different mods.

ah well thanks ppl

i guess i'll live with the default npc heads for now, as i really like the new khajiit and argonian heads in the master head pack and there doesnt seem to be one for that as a replacer yet.

you don't need to. you can run both at the same time. one alters the stock and the other adds heads. you don't need to use only one. and the "loads of different mods" are just the parts of westlys head replacer. they all run without esp :)

Of course, if you really wanted to use Master Headpack X as a replacer, there are ways to do that too. Either by making copies of the heads you like to rename with the IDs of the stock heads, or making an esp to reassign the heads with IDs from Westly's pack. It's a bit of work, but more tedious than hard.

you could use his so far released ones and just pick out the khajiit and argonian heads. that's less work :)

Good point, though you'd need something for Imperials and Dunmer too, wouldn't you?

that's right i just focused on those two he mentioned. westly offers already remade faces of the vanilla ones in his master head pack iirc. well, not in that breathtaking quality of the new ones. you could just rename and copy/paste these until the last pieces are published :)

I recommend you first install VVardenfell Visages I (google it, or search PES), since that is a pluginless replacer, no .esps. After that, install the Westly's packs which so far have been released, links are in this thread. That way, you don't have to see those ugly vanilla faces anymore. VVI is a bit old, but far better than vanilla, and many faces are still fine. And since it's pluginless, you won't have problems with it later if you decide to use .esp based replacer, or Westly's pack once he completes it.

And by the way, remove "Morrowind Code patch Showcase.esp", that is not something you want in your game if you start playing, it simply shows off stuff that the Code Patch does. It has not been updated in ages.

And I recommend MPP, Morrowind Patch Project, if it's not already in your list, try searching for version 1.6.5 somewhere.
