Nothing comes to mid, and http://search2.yacoby.net/# didn't offer any results after searching a few different ways.
Maybe try searching the Faction/Guild section on PES for something similar.

Maybe some of you great modders out there could make a mod that adds a few more quests...that perhaps would be STICK IN quests, where you would place them in between the game quests, so that it is more of a challenge to rise in rank.
