so after a long time away i reinstalled oblivion and shivering isles and a couple of the DLCs i enjoyed

i also installed the latest OOO, the UI mod and a couple of texture packs

the only problem i have is what the title says: all imperial guards armor is invisible apart from the helmets, causing all of them to be floating heads with weapons and shields. it doesnt appear to be the fault of any of the mods apart from OOO, and i never had this problem with it before.

can someone tell me what i should do? i have been trying to find a mod i could add that would change the stuff they wore but its hard to find one when there are so many mods making the armor wearable for the player.

so something i could dl to replace all imperial armour would be great or any other help solving this problem

Sounds to me like you didn't install OOO correctly.
