Will you continue your bloodline in Skyrim?

Really? I think there is like only one transition from one game to the other that could bring you character back to an acceptable age to play. The first four games were all within the life span of Emperor Uriel Septim VII. With Oblivion he could be the same person from Morrowind if you didn't make him the Nerevarine.

Yes, he could be the same person, but then I would have to invent a mechanic to explain how he goes from very skilled to knowing almost nothing about anything. From very rich to destitute.

The reincarnation thing allows me to play the same character, who for instance knows he likes destruction, but isnt good at it at first.
And he is an acceptable age to play as his reincarnations are linear to him, but not compared to the actual timeline.
He hops around a bit.
its like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly.. timey-wimey.. stuff..

And its fun having him be annoyed at having to train his skills up to save the world.. again.

my character doesn't lose his memories, but the way i explain his skills going back is from: dagger-morrowind, getting tortured in prison and getting mauled by numidium.morrowind-oblivion extreme torture, why do you think he wasn't with other prisoners other than the notorious valen dreth(he pissed off the emperor too). arena-daggerfall hes just out of practice, because truth be told, i felt only slightly less powerful at the beginning of daggerfall as the end of arena.

I tend to play as Maxus, a Dunmer born as a poor Imperial child. He still doesn't know he's an elf.

Poor thing - 3 games and no one pointed out the gray skin and red eyes? :D Or did I miss something? :)

I answered yes to both...
My character in morrowind was a dark elf named Braham. Then one of his descendants fled to cyrodil and married to an imperial, so my character in oblivion is a mix of imperial-dark elves who were given the same name with his ancestors, Braham (I made his face like a human with skin color similar to dark elves)
For my character in skyrim I haven't thought about the story, but I plan to make it relate to my character in Oblivion. Last time I played as Braham in Oblivion, he was with a mystic elf companion sitting on his throne in the shivering isle, so maybe I'll make a story about both of them.

Well, it would depend on how the magic and combat system is like. =) I would love to continue my female High Elf's legacy as a battle-mage from both Morrowind and Oblivion. I have RP'ed with her on a forum long ago, and she ended up marrying a nice Dunmer thief and had two High Elf offspring. I would love to continue with her descendants in Skyrim!

I can't wait for Skryim to come. =D

Pull an "All My Circuits" and give him a case of explosive amnesia!

I always play as myself so I guess I'm my own bloodline.

I voted yes to the the continuation of my bloodline.

I tend to take different aspects of my own personality, and combine them with traits that I don't own.

I'm a great sprinter, but I don't have great endurance for example. My hubby is a horrible sprinter, but has great endurance.

I guess I meld them into a character that I am, and yet hope to be.

Lol, sprinting isn't a personality trait.

Yes it is, I used my Ayleid heritage to cast a spell on her and make it a personality trait and her outgoingness is now a physical trait. Thus is why we Ayleids own all! Plus your all jealous that we can shapeshift and you can't.

sure it is. I like to get thru stuff quickly and he doesn't.

It was a metaphor based on true stuff.

I tend to get things done really quick, and he tends to take his time anolyzing things.

I still run faster than him, and he still tends to take his time.

I miss alot of stuff, and he misses the finish line. we are both wrong. LOL

See. Only Ayleid magic could make that possible.

Sure, it can be a metaphor, but sprinting is just running fast.

Like I said. he has endurance. He stays with it.

I'm not like him, after 30 years of marriage. He knows when i sprint it's a life changing thing.

He's awesome. I can't be him, but he can't be me either. And we fit. that's enough,
