if you have ever played zork, you will know what this does. if not, this spell will take 5 scrolls, and turn them into a perm spell. for fun, you could even have to go through a grue cavern to get it. i'm just hopping this is posible.

sorry, i kinda mixed them up. in zork, GNUSTO would copy a spell into your spellbook. to make it fair in oblivion, it would take 5 scrolls for one permanet spell

You have mods that:

- allow you to write down a spell to a scroll - CS_Paper Parched (using ink, quill, parchment and soul gem)

- allow you to learn a spell from a scroll (I don't know which, but there is at least one mod like that)
