Mah Back!

Post » Tue Mar 15, 2011 2:12 am

So yesterday, I was at school. I was heading to my class after i ate lunch and dropped my backpack off, and after I did, I started off to go find my friend. But, like, 2 feet from my bag I got this sudden, sharp pain in my lower back, like waaay lower. It hurts to bend forward and move a little, but thats about it. Alot of people are suggesting its my backpack and the ungodly amount of textbooks in it.

I just wanna know if this is serious or some stupid back injury that just happens that I havnt had happen yet.

The best thing you can do would be to go see a doctor.

I second this. I did my back in a couple of years ago lifting things - it wasn't necessarily the weight, just me lifting things wrong. It might just be a sprain or something, but only a doctor could tell you for sure. When my back acts up I find heat helps to ease the pain.

No need to worry, I once had a pain on the back and I couldn't even be standing up. After 30 mins in bed it disappeared... Very rarely back pain is due to any problem in the back, mostly it's just stress.

Asking for advice about a possible medical condition on a games forum is not a wise idea, and one we discourage. Whilst many members can help based on their own experiences there are those who could possibly impart bad or unwise suggestions. The only sure way is to go and see a professional which you should if you feel it is necessary.
