Doctor Cleen's Teleporter
-------------------------
By Uglulyx

Intro:
------
This mod was inspired by one particularly irritating issue I always ran into

making my mod locations. "Where do I put it?" Or what if you what to create a

really cool and unique location like the moon? Sure you can just put it in a

different worldspace but then how does the player actually get there without

it seeming too silly?

That's where Dr.Cleen comes in. He's being toiling many long years in Rivet

City to get his special machine working and now after numerous tests with

molerats he has finally succeeded in creating a safe and practical means of

instantaneous travel.

Useage:
-------
This mod is in fact actually intended to be a modder's resource, see bottom for instructions on using this as a resource.

For mere mortal player's I have included a plugin which allows you to teleport
to the vanilla locations of Megaton,Tenpenny Tower, and Paradise Falls. I
intend to use this mod to facilitate some of the very interesting environment
ideas I have planned for the future so keep an eye out for them. :)

To use the teleporter you must go to Rivet City and into his lab (On the
elevated area in the market). Simply talk to Doctor Cleen to have him set a
target location for your teleport. Then enter to machine and press the "Big
Red Button". *Poof* You're at your destination. Upon hitting the switch you
are given a R.E.T.U.R.N. simply equip this item (Under Apparel) to return to Dr.Cleen's lab.

Issues or Conflicts:
--------------------
There should be no major conflicts with any mods and no major issues have been
found.

Installation:
-------------
Simply extract into your data folder as usual, make sure that
"DrCleensTelporter.ESM" is loaded before any ESPs and especially before any
other "DrCleensTeleporter - (Name)" plugins.

Resource Useage:
----------------
First of I'd like to mention that while I do not require you to contact me for
permission to use this mod I would very much like it if you do, I love to hear
when my mod is being used. :) In any case please give me credit for this
resource.

Now onto the instructions,

1. You should have already created location (Not critical), now open up the
object panel and place an Xmarker heading (Under statics) the location and
facing the direction you want the player to face. Now edit it's properties to
give it a unique reference name.

2. Now open up quest "UGCleenDialogQuest" and create a new topic, make the
player say something like "Teleport me to (Location)" and set up Cleen's
response. Now IMPORTANT, make sure to set your topic to "Top Level" by
clikcing the check box in the upper corner.

3. Now most importantly, go down to the result script (ending) and type in
"UGTeleDestination.moveto (Your XMarker Ref)" and compile the script. Be sure
to set the conditions for the response to "GetIsID.UGDrCleen == 1".

4. Now just test it out in game to see if it works, if any issues arise don't
hesitate to contact me.

This is a pretty nifty idea! I'd love to see what ideas come out of it. Cheers,

Thanks! I have a few really cool environments in my head, that's primarily why I made this. :)

Well it's likely much more lore friendly than the other way I was think of getting the player to the locations.

Is this a reference to Dr. Kleiner and his teleporter in HL2 by any chance? :D

It's more my method of adding completely different environments that would be in far off corners of the Earth without having to come up with a different way for the player to get there everytime. (You can only have so many Hijacked vertibirds)
