Whats in my computer?

Ok i have a Compaq Presario CQ50, and when i run dxdiag all i get is this

Does anyone know what parts those are? I think the processor might be a celeron but im not sure.

Try http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html. That will give you more in depth information about your system.
