How can i change the main title screen to one of my own pictures or wallpapers? Like change it to a halo 3 picture or something.

Simple as replacing the menu_main.tga texture (IIRC) with a new one.

Unfortunately, Morrowind has built-in blocks that will prevent you from using any Halo or Call of Duty-related images, so you'll have to find something else.

I seem to remember Gears of War's also a no-go :shrug:

Simply converting your image in .tga or .dds's file.
And rename your picture in menu_morrowind, and place it in the Textures folder of your Morrowind
