I enchanted 5 items with 20% invis, but now I can't see myself at all! Not like the invis spells, I can then see a outline and I distort things. Is this normal, how do I make it so I can (even barely) see myself so I can tell things like when I have my weapons out, etc?

Try 90-95% see if that helps

100% Chameleon means they won't see you under any circumstances (even if you danced naked in front of them while covered in skooma and screaming 'Here I am, come get me!'). Less than 100% means that they will be able to see you. How well they'll be able to see you depends on how much Chameleon you have.

If you fight with both hands occupied (bow, claymore, sword & shield, staff), try equipping a torch. If it's dark around you, your weapon is equipped. :tongue:

Do you mean 20% chameleon enchantments? On my game it doesn't matter if I have 1% or cast it to 100% there's no sliding scale of how visible you are, your appearance takes on the look that alien predator (from the movies) cloaking have.
That much chameleon isn't necessary in dark places I can get away with none in those places, I would just enchant something light like a pair of pants and shirt fur gloves/helmet/boots with chameleon if I had to do something essential to being sneaky in broad daylight.

enchant one more item with 20% then equip it then take it off then you can see yourself and youll still be invisible
