The 2nd Infantry

i like to give a narration like story ya know, kinda like a book.

That was the point I was trying to make ;) if you pick up any book that you liked, from any genre, you will notice that it is probably told exclusively from a single perspective, at least within any given chapter. There are always going to be exceptions, but in general, stories are told from the viewpoint, or focus, of a single character.

For example, here is a fic posted on this board by thekettleison: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1153828-the-sound-of-silence/

SentientSurfer uses multiple perspectives in his fic http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1119444-child-of-atom/

Both of these examples feature narration like you would find in (almost) any work of fiction you could find in a library or bookstore :)

But the thing is,skirt, that its suppose to be like a full unit, its not suppose to follow a single man,it DID in the backstory to Chapter Eleven, which was following
Lt.Matella, but since i "killed him off",but now,im choosing between the Corporal and the Major.

I don't know what you mean then, unfortunately. If this were like a TV show or video game, then it would be plausible to tell the story about a "whole unit", and pull it off. As a story, it is simply far too confusing and vague. I don't see how it still can't be about the whole unit, but told from the perspective of a single soldier.

The 2nd Infantry was just a given title,my brother is in the Real life second infantry so i figured id might as well make a RP out of a unit, but it basically follows a squad, not a "whole unit" at this point.

Chapter Sixteen-Good Hunting

Soon, the enclave, who had kept Pre-War jets, which were kept in pristine condition by Enclave scientists, were deployed for the war effort.

"This is Hunter Two-One, headed into target location at the Washington Monument, target package Romeo, Copy?" Said a pilot over the comms

"Overlord copies all, good hunting." A ATC man said

The militants had found a armory which was used by Pre-War US military, it had Heat Seeking Rocket launchers with rockets, along with a high amount of weaponry with ammo, and they moved out, headed to the Washington Monument. After
Two weeks of constant fighting,a siege of the National Mall came, most of the Museums were destroyed, which included the Underworld. The only Museum left standing was the Science Museum.

After constant air attacks from the F-29s,and Vertibirds, the Washington Monument collapsed, killing anyone inside, but the Militia just withdrew to Capitol Hill, the Enclave then launched Four entire divisions in.

For the Militia, there were no survivors.....

Chapter Seventeen-Peace on Us

Soon, the Militia gave up on trying to overthrow the Enclave,Project Nova was abandoned, and the Militia retreated into the bogs of Virgina and weren't heard from again. The NCR assumed a full control in the region, after the Enclave pushed northward, calling DC a "NCR
colony under their jurisdiction." Crosses now lay in rows of 200 and there are 800 rows in a area that was once Raven Rock, all to commemorate those Enclave troopers and NCR soldiers who fought and died to defend DC from the Militia, the NCR soon claimed D.C as a colony, and started to rebuild, even though none of the men ever lived to see DC ever fully repaired, most,if not all died content and happy that they were soldiers who lived to see NCR grow as large as the Enclave. But old enemies never forget, revenge passed down from
generation to generation.....

Chapter Eighteen-Just like old times

After exactly 100 years,DC became a shining jewel just like New Vegas,Casinos, houses, restaurants, and many military installations were set up.Rivet City was remade into a ship,a ship that could be used,as a river had opened up in the Potomac,it took them about 10 years to fix the ship up,but it was worth it,tribals in Point Lookout talk about seeing a "Giant tub that giant birds live on" The birds were the glorious F-29s,they flew patrol flights over the Capitol Wasteland, Point lookout, and The Pitt railway.A NCR news-reporter asked General Lee Oliver, the NCR main General, about expansion,he replied "I will cross the large lake that is "The Ocean" and i will find another land far on the other side!" him seeing that was not destined,he was assassinated by a Pro-Brotherhood man.

Chapter Nineteen-War....War never changes

Soon, most of the Capitol Wasteland "fell" to the NCR. Most tribals twaddled with their thumbs as the NCR troopers marched through their land. UNCRNS Rivet City was a peace-keeper, as proven in The Battle of the Swamps, when a large Napalmic
bomb was dropped onto the Swamp in Point Lookout, sending the place ablaze. Thousands of Tribals died in the attack, anyone alive was scarred with wounds of that day. The NCR soon took control of Point Lookout, Establisted a Settlement in the Pier that was still standing, and named it "Lookout City."

Paragraphs are way too short. Perhaps more depth with seemingly pointless details help it flow and ebb better. Refer to others Fan-fics for pointers.
