Since the fallout universe doesn't really explain what happened to Russia, but this will give us a non canon approach to Russia

Back-Story
Russia was engulfed in Atomic fire when 60000 nukes total were launched at her. Most detonated near Nuclear Plants, causing meltdowns and deaths beyond comprehensive numbers. But humanity survived, people fled into bunkers issued by The Kremlin were made, and were free, contrary to the US, who used theirs to experiment, the Russians held true to their promises. A bunker in the Ukraine, Bunker 55, was set to open at 2490, and it did. People emerged to find a Atomic Wasteland, but, they rebuilt. They named their new found town New Pripyat. And the town thrived. The Military force of New Pripyat was The Cossacks.. Moscow, which had rebuilt over the 400 year time span, got into connection with New Pripyat via a old Radio/Radar station set up 30 miles away from the town. Caravans led by Horses passed through New Pripyat everyday. But Moscow ordered a platoon of The Cossacks to go fight The Eagles, who are basically Poland. But The Eagles are strong, and a powerful enemy, can you lead the Russians to Victory?

Remember, Siberia, most of the USSR's Nuclear Weapons facilities were in Siberia. And also, America probably took a helluva lot more, and theres still inhabitants.

Bio:He was born, as all Cossacks, in New Pripyat, he listened to the elders talk about tales of a Bunker far away on which people came from, but he was content with growing up outside in the mud, dirt, grime, and green skies of the wasteland. When he was 19, he joined up with The Cossacks. He fought against raiders that plagued the area near New Pripyat. Moscow had ordered his Platoon to go up to the Polish front, as they needed all the troops they could spare up at the Polish front.

neutral? i really dont understand what that means in this RP...

I like the idea of including references to Ghengis Khan's silver hoard, as one of Khan's general's is something of a legend in russian culture. I believe the generals name was Temulun or something similar, he carried out one of the only successful invasions into russian territory during the winter. However you have stated that the Eagles fight on foot, so I don't really see how they are emulating the mongols here.

Also, during ww2 poland was one of the places hit the hardest by the Nazi regime. There was a very high percentage of jews in the country when germany invaded. As the Fallout universe diverges from our own after this point I find it very hard to believe that, with the cultural hatred the polish have for the nazis, the Eagles would adopt any of the Nazi doctrine.

Great to see you might sign up. The Eagles were loosly based off of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944 too, in weapon and clothing wise, but in the stance of expansion and all that, they are the Khan's silver horde. And Nazi Germany is the strict Military Discipline.

Personality: Determined and loyal, Sergei is also open to all kinds of opinions and philosophies, which makes his war against the Eagles all the more difficult. He normally reserves a disgust for war, but is willing to defend his homeland if need be.

Bio:

Born in Bunker 55, Sergei grew up to be a stalwart and loyal soldier. His marshall discipline, along with his tolerant attitude, gave him the patience and mental endurance he need to succeed in frontline operations. Older than the Leiutenant, Sergei believes the chain of command most not be broken, and will carry out the Leiutenants orders without hesitation. His insistence on allowing soldiers to drink on duty has been met with great opposition by his superiors, but his combat experience against the Eagles have made him an invaluable asset, and his commanding officers refuse to let him be retired from service. Sergei is your typical soldier, and the only notable attributes he has are his intelligence, charisma, and will to fight. His dedication to a cause is absolute, and although he holds nothing personal against the Eagles, he will willingly kill them to preserve the nation.
