At present there are three buyable player homes in the town; a town house, an apartment on Baggot Row (upper level street) and an apartment in an apartment building complete with neighbours. Now I want to add one into Elm Street.

Anyway, Elm Street is the scummiest part of the town that is a maze of small residences below the town (built below so I could play with FPS). Best described as a dark, damp, dirty hell hole with urine/feces/open leaking pipes/rats etc There are 10 homes including a fence shop (The Rats Nest) and a skooma den. Here is a small glimpse to give you an idea...

However I have decided to give the player the option to buy a home down there for 300 septims. A small one room affair in the most poverty ridden part of Pell's Gate at a bargain price. Soo....what should this little hovel home have in it?

*I was thinking of making a secret passage from the outside of town into this home.

*I guess it needs a secret area to stash loot with a lockable door to access it.

*Activatable fireplaces/lights that can be turned off and on like all the other houses.

*Do you want a toilet?

*Should I make it really filthy like the rest of the homes on Elm Street, or should it be more middle class furnishings for the more sucessful thief?

Edit: Definitely not going to be able to incorporate the Order of Nibenay. Not with scripted buildings.

Edit: I was just updating the mod's official thread so figured I would put a shot showing the location here. The town stradles the main road so random NPCs pass right through the town. There are two gates, the East and the West. This one is the East Gate, so you can see the proximity to the vanilla Pell's Gate....

The guard is wearing the official Pell's Gate livery, retextured by Phaedra. Edit again, just noticed, apparantely he is sleeping on the job too.
