Backstory
The entire Eastern US took a beating from the warheads and bombs, but there were more Vaults in that sector then in other spots. People didn't think about the Geographical changes it made, but it did, the Delaware River got connected with the Potomac, opening the Philadelphians to a new world, the Philly vault, Vault 65, was made up of the workers class, so it was nicknamed the "Average Joe" Vault. When it opened in 2299, they were exposed to the horrors of the Nuclear wasteland, since the Enclave fell in the West and barely came east. They were told of horrors in the south, called "Washington D.C.". The Philadelphians sought to find out whats south, so they did, they sailed down, in boats made of Steel and wood, powered by Steam (lol pun). But when Raiders stormed through the capital of the Philadelphians, Vault 65, and killed everyone inside, and the ones outside were inslaved, but a group of "Rivermen" who are the traders and explorers came back to find a ruined Vault, they soon found themselves seeing the worst, they took what they could, loaded it in the ship, and set sailed to the North, which would lead into New York, which is now a Ghoulish ghost town, ruined, shelled out, and Damned.

I will use a thing SentientSurfur used in his "True to Caesar" RP (which is a excellent read, i strongly recommend you people to read it!) which is to have a maximum of RPers, because i cannot have 10 people, as the Rivermen are only suppose to have 4 men.

Raiders: Raiders are drugged up psychos who do not understand the meaning of life. They inhabit all areas of the US, no where is safe from the Raiders!

Rule Two:Realistic Names
Rule Three: One low class Rifle (Hunting Rifle, Varmit Rifle) and one pistol (Makarov, Colt, Python, .44 Magnum) armor should be like armored vault suit or wastelander, but nothing above Leather Armor
Rule Four:I allow character controlling in a way like hurting the other character, but its a big no no to make them talk or kill them, talk to me and the person your gonna character is gonna hurt.
