CTD when readying spell

as topic describes, i randomly crash when readying a spell (pressing the key to go into spellcasting mode)

fully patched and running MCP 1.9 beta 3 and MGE svn 186

RAKfaction65 is my own mod, it does absolutely nothing with spellcasting.

load order is sorted with MLOX

nothing notable in warnings.txt (just some common better clothes missing foot pieces)

drivers are up to date, system specs:
AMD Phenom 8450 triple core @ 2.10 GHz
8 GB ddr2 RAM
ATI radeon HD 3650 w/ 1GB vRAM
win7 ultimate 64-bit

I suggest you use the "Lite" version. It is less intensive, and prevents this crash.

There seems to be an elusive bug with the kill tracking system. Fliggerty is working hard to crush it. :D
