Im not entirely sure this has been reported yet,i dont feel like looking through 3 years worth of issues and problems

I just need help,im want to install Fallout 3 for the 2nd time since the first time,all my saves got bugged.It gave me this error about 5 minutes into the installation.I really cant tell you guys anything else,cause i really dismissed it and then it closed the installation.

BTW:I removed ALL the files for fallout 3 before installation,all of them,the data folder,and the directory,so theres nothing in the Bethesda directory but fallout new vegas.
Did that mess it up?
