What does SDR2 stand for, anyway?

I think it means Special Destruction 2, so it's a special spell, that is a apprentance level destruction spell.

Can anyone tell me how Magnitude equates to level for spells like turn undead, charm/rage/calm, etc.?

What do you mean by "magnitude" and "level?" Do you mean the level of the NPC you can use it on or spells' skill requirement level? By "magnitude," do you mean duration?
