Heya i have been looking around alot lately for great Morrowind mods and a few in particular i am looking for. Is there any kind of City builder mod that allows you to manage a city in game. The mods i am using currently are the Better bodys, Vissages head mod, MCP 1.8 patch.

this may sound silly, but if you have not already checked out the blood moon expansion, do so.

I have the blood moon but they really didn't do much with that but as far as i am concerned.

Have you begun the RavenRock quests?

I did but that was about 4 years ago i have moslty stuck to the Original game but what i remember wasn't to spectacular about Raven rock.

I'm trying to get resource management and city building/management happening for http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1020309-wipz-dwemer-faction-mod-the-artificers-hand/ and the expansion on Arkngthunch-Sturdumz but its so big now that Idk if its possible so hopefully there'll be some of what you're looking for in there. You'll be able to build outposts at the very least.
