Get BOSS (Better Oblivion Sorting Software) and use it again and again as you add mods. Get WryeBash and do the same. It will make it a lot easier.

boss, mod manager and WryeBash you may not have many mods yet, but if your anything like me you will encounter things that make you wish the game was a wee bit different. Better vampire system? Better textures/meshes for the cities? Cool new spells?

Better to just get a mod manager to begin with

The Citadel Door fix and the other UOP optional plugin should load right after the UOP. Your load order is pretty much okay, otherwise.
