Custom books merge words

Post » Thu Mar 24, 2011 11:46 am

I'm working on adding some books to Oblivion, and to make things easier, I split the books into several parts. I experimented with one part of a book, which amounted to about 44 pages. However, many of the words are missing spaces, making words merge together, and it doesn't look professional. Is there a way to fix this? I have the text properly tagged.

Books use HTML as their format. However, I have no idea why this would make it miss a space, unless you mean a line. For a line you need to add
where you would press entre, and any line you actually make in the editor make no difference, although they make it neater. Prehaps you could quote exactly what you writ into the editor, and maybe a screenshot of it in-game.

Size of your font

New line
Align the text to the center Note html you should have a
closing, but in the books there not used
div align="left">Align text left
div align="left">Align text right
This will produce a fancy V from a image, to access the rest of the letters, copy "Data\Oblivion - Textures - Compressed.bsa" to temp folder them use BSA unpack, to unpack it and image files are here "textures\menus\book\fancy_font"

Standard start of book format - copy into a new book just to see the layout

Use the http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29124 by Critterman. It make writing books for Oblivion a lot easier.
