Or you could just go to weye, take the quest for the wine, and never do it. That's what I do.

If you're making a quest, just don't set any quest markers. Quest markers are a seperate tab in the quests dialogue box, but there is nothing that forces you to add any.

However, if you plan to release this mod, I would reccomend adding quest markers. Anyone who does not like quest markers could easily download one of the mods that removes them for themselves.

You could do some research for yourself and not re-ask a question when it has already been answered. We can't always do everything for you and provide everything you want.

Leave the poor guy alone. Sounds like you and Tigerpaws are giving him a hard time for no good reason. Sure, he's not the most experienced member here but reading yours and Tiger's responses to him I feel compelled to speak up here and say you should give him a break. Everyone's gotta start somewhere and we were all newbies once.

I wasn't particularly pleased with his reply to Tigerpaws' post which I felt was a fairly just comment. When we were newbies we didn't start 10 or so threads about the tiniest thoughts that popped into our head, we did our own research and read through tutorials and such.

1) imo Tiger's attitude was fairly rude/abrupt and I think you too would be offended if you were spoken to in that manner. I know I would be. You might fancy her though, so maybe you side with her because of that. Who knows (shrugs)
2) Sure he's a bit wet behind the ears but not all of us can be 'experts' having just started out. He seems like a newbie, sure, just you don't have to make him feel like a failure. It's up to the more experienced members to look after the newbs imo.

Alright, alright, but please (in the nicest possible way) next time before asking a question could you have a think about what you are trying to acheive, then do a bit of research on http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Main_Page website, and if you still can't find the answer to your question, ask it. If it's a small question you could also consider the 'Quick Questions, Quick Answers' thread, and please try not to expect to get an exact or completed answer to your question or problem.

And with that... my work here is done :ninja: .

EDIT:
You might fancy her though, so maybe you side with her because of that.

Childish much?

I spent 10 mins of my time formatting that post before posting all the info and at the same time trying to explain how the majority of users gain there info with no thanks of my time, and you edit your post where you called me a idiot and the rest that i wont post. Was it your objection to trying to stir the pot then edit your post? Every time i ask for help i always try to give back by helping some one else where i can

Ah, that SO reminds me of a friend of mine, who asks me advice for every single little thing he doesn't yet know (or remember, lol) regarding Oblivion, CS, and all sorts of things which involve even a little bit of thinking... I always tell him to search the answer by himself if I ain't got no time for it, but he refuses to do so most of the time :D I am a walking encyclopedia to him, and that bugs me :D Most of this, though, is resulted by him being not-so-good at English. I just got to swim along and try to make him shut up...

I never intended my post to be abusive (except towards that friend of mine), and I apologize if my post appealed to you.

Still, remembe; Google is your friend. All simple stuff (including how to make quests) are covered in the Official CS Wiki, here, in Silgrad (I must admit it, however treasonish that may be :D) and various other sites (most sites just link to and/or use material oriented from the Official CS Wiki site). Search thoroughly every time before posting a new thread. Advanced search may come handy too, provided by the site having that option of course.

ok its cool :) and i do try looking for answers but sometimes i look and see a lot of experts on this forum so i ask because i want there expert advise. i also had some problems with this quest tutorial as it wasn't very well explained (the discussion section also said it couldve been better too): http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Quest_Tutorial

hopefully we can all be friends here i like this forum k and hopefully once i become an expert too i can give advise.
